Larry K. Brewer joined the Company as Senior Vice President Government Relations in 2006. Previously he was President of the Washington Operations of Engineered Support Systems acquired by DRS in January 2006. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President Business Development and also held senior management positions with ESCO Electronics Corporation a predecessor company acquired by Engineered Support Systems and Emerson Electric Co.'s Government and Defense Group. Mr. Brewer completed 20 years of military service spending the last five in the Pentagon as the Military Assistant to two successive Secretaries of the Army. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Security Industrial Association (NDIA) and on the Board of Directors for the Government Electronic Information Technology Association and formerly served on the Board of Governors for the Electronic Industries Alliance. He also has served in local state and national positions with the Association of the U.S. Army. He is the past Chairman of the NDIA's Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Division and an active member of a number of other professional groups and associations including the Society of Experimental Test Pilots. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy has an M.S. degree in systems management from the University of Southern California and an M.A. degree in national security studies from Georgetown University. |
