Mr. Resnick became a Vice President in July, 2000. Prior to joining the Corporate Office, Mr. Resnick served as President of Triumph Controls, Inc. since 1996. Prior to joining Triumph Controls, Inc. Mr. Resnick worked for Teleflex Incorporated and served as Vice President and General Manager of Aerospace and Defense from 1992 to 1995, General Manager of Cargo Systems from 1991 to 1992, General Manager of Naval Technologies from 1985 to 1987, General Manager of Sermatech Technical Services from 1987 to 1988, Sales Manager of Naval Technologies from 1985 to 1987 and Controller for the Development & Training Center from 1984 to 1985. Other experience includes various positions with Johnson & Johnson from 1981 to 1984 and KPMG Peat Marwick from 1979 to 1981. |
