Larry Stanczak is Chief Operating Officer for the Yoh business unit. With more than 25 years of experience in the professional talent industry, Stanczak joined Yoh in 2006 with proven competencies in strategy, business model and human capital development and deployment, all of which have helped his previous companies cultivate winning cultures that focus on the customer and on generating strong results. Immediately before joining Yoh, Stanczak led the sales and business development efforts for a unit of MarineMax, a Sarasota, Fla.-based yacht company. Prior to that, Stanczak served as Chief Operating Officer for Kforce, a full-service professional staffing firm. Mr. Stanczak holds a bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. |
