Mr. Schoenberg was elected to the Board of Directors following the acquisition by the Company of Microamerica, Inc. (Microamerica) in April 1990. Mr. Schoenberg had previously served as a director of Microamerica from 1983 to April 1990. From 1967 through 1990, Mr. Schoenberg served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AGS Computers, Inc. (AGS), a computer software company. From January to December 1991, Mr. Schoenberg served as Chairman and as a member of the executive committee of the Board of Directors of AGS. Mr. Schoenberg retired from AGS in 1992. Mr. Schoenberg is also a director of Government Technology Services, Inc., a reseller and integrator for the federal government, and a director of Cellular Technology Services, Inc., a software company. |
