A distinguished executive with an impressive record in managing fast-growing communications infrastructure companies, Mr. Bouman prefaced his current NeuStar appointment by serving as a senior advisor to NeuStar management since 1999, focusing on operations and management of growth. Most recently, Bouman was senior vice president and CTO at long distance provider LCI International, where he was responsible for developing and managing that company's first integrated network and information services operation. Earlier, Bouman spent 20 years at MCI, growing network operations through a variety of high-profile managerial, directorial and executive leadership roles. He also has been a board member at MetaSolv Software, Inc., and was technology advisor to TriVergent Communications and Terabeam Networks.
