Lawrence has extensive experience representing foreign sovereign governments in United States courts and before international tribunals. His clients have been African, Asian and Middle Eastern nations involved in debt controversies or violations of international law. He also frequently represents foreign companies, including European and Asian corporations, in United States litigations and arbitrations.
In addition to his international dispute resolution, Lawrence frequently represents domestic clients in federal and local courts throughout the U.S. He has considerable experience in copyright litigation, and handles other matters ranging from product liability lawsuits to insurance industry controversies.
