In his current role as chief operating officer, Mr. Mastrovich works closely with all departments to increase operating efficiencies and productivity. He returned to Apria in May of 2002 after serving as president and chief operating officer of TechRx, a pharmacy technology company. Prior to leaving Apria in August of 2001, Larry held several executive positions and many others in his seventeen-year history with Apria and its predecessor companies. He began his career in home care in 1984 with Rios Medical (which would later be purchased by National Medical Enterprises) as a management trainee. In 1987 Larry became district manager (today's equivalent of regional vice president) and was subsequently promoted to vice president and general manager where he was responsible for operations and sales. In 1997 he was promoted to division vice president of the Northeast Division, and in 1998 was promoted to executive vice president of business operations, becoming executive vice president of sales in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. |
