Lawrence A. Kallaur is an associate in Boylan Brown’s Business & Corporate and Business Finance/Securities practice groups. His practice is concentrated on the representation of public companies in connection with private and public securities offerings and compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and with stock exchange listing requirements. His transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, contests for corporate control, leveraged and management buy-outs and recapitalizations. He has represented private equity sponsors and related portfolio companies, venture capital funds, mezzanine lenders and operating companies at various stages of development. He also represents public and private companies on general corporate matters, including employment, licensing, loan, joint venture and other agreements. Mr. Kallaur began his legal career as an associate at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP in New York City.
Mr. Kallaur is a graduate of the University of Rochester (B.A, 1989) and received his law degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 1999). He is admitted to the bar in New York and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association. |
