Laurie Wells joined Realtime Publishers in 2001 and is currently the Director of Editorial Content. Laurie is responsible for ensuring that the company's eBooks maintain the highest quality content within the tight publishing schedule typical of ePublishing. Wells oversees all of the editorial production and copy editing cycles and provides guidance to authors and editors. For the past 6 years, Laurie has been a technical editor with a focus on computer publications. Prior to Realtime Publishers, she was a Senior Editor for Penton Technology Media, specifically editing for Windows 2000 Magazine (now Windows & .NET Magazine), SQL Server Magazine, and the UPDATE email newsletters. Laurie holds a BA in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder. |
