As Vice President of Operations, Ms. Tomasovsky is responsible for corporate and field operations, including human resources, resource management and key client services. Client services roles include direction of ePartners’ Client Care Center (call center support) and Project Management Organization (PMO). Since 1994, Ms. Tomasovsky has developed project management teams at companies like Vention and Skytel. Her role at ePartners includes the direction of a national project management team tasked with streamlining client technology deployments; ensuring quality of service, implementation methodology, and helping our clients maximize their return on technology investments. Ms. Tomasovsky also brings extensive experience in system design, consulting, documentation of business processes and product training. Laurie is passionate about mentoring and developing employee skills, customer service and making the company a better place to work. Ms. Tomasovsky holds a degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University and is PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute |
