Ms. Johnston joined the company in 2002 and is responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures, cash flow forecasting, and management of human resources. Ms. Johnston has over thirteen years of progressive financial management experience in public accounting and the corporate environment. Prior to joining SOALogix, Ms. Johnston worked as the Controller and then as VP of Finance and Operations for MSI Software, Inc. At MSI, she assisted in raising capital, managed complex revenue recognition issues, and supervised client services and human resources. Ms. Johnston is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
