Ms. Keating was appointed senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Millennium in October 2004. She brings 25 years of legal, financial, and operational experience to the Company, serving most recently as executive vice president of operations and finance and a member of the board of directors at Hydra Biosciences, Inc., a Cambridge-based biopharmaceutical company she co-founded in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Keating served as president and CEO of Hydra Biosciences and continues to serve on the company's board.
Previously, Ms. Keating served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Iomega Corporation, a computer storage solutions company. She also served on the executive team at Sybase Inc., holding the position of senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. She began practicing law at the San Francisco, Calif. firm of McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen.
Ms. Keating is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. |
