Ms. Siegel is the senior vice president of human resources and internal communications for Tyco International. In this role, Ms. Siegel has worldwide responsibility for leading the company's strategies in the areas of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, staffing, diversity, learning, human resource systems and processes, and internal communications. She joined Tyco in January 2003 from Honeywell International, where she held various HR leadership roles in the aerospace division, the specialty materials division and at the corporate headquarters. She is a member of the Personnel Roundtable and serves on the advisory boards of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies and The Rutgers Business School. Ms. Siegel serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and serves as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. |
