Mr. Lemaire is Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Cascades Inc., a manufacturer of pulp and paper products, packaging and construction materials and sanitary products. He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Sherbrooke and an Honorary Doctorate in Administration.
Mr. Lemaire sits on the boards of Cascades Inc., Junex Inc., Norampac Inc. and a number of boards within the Cascades group of companies. Mr. Lemaire did not serve as a director of any other publicly-traded companies during the period from 2002 to 2006.
