Lauren Herring, CRP, GMS: President Global Services Lauren Herring, CRP, GMS is responsible for overseeing all international business development and operations. She guides the work of IMPACT Group’s International presence, providing leadership and support to all areas of the organization in assisting transferees with international issues and needs. She is uniquely qualified in this role based in part on her own international experience, having lived in Puerto Rico and Spain and having traveled extensively in Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. Within the past two years, Lauren has opened up locations and hired personnel in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Copenhagen, India, Switzerland, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Prior to this position, Lauren was responsible for the sales and development of IMPACT Group’s global locations. In addition, she managed the Marketing Department, where she provided strategic direction regarding look and feel for the company’s branding. Lauren joined IMPACT Group as an Account Manager in 2001 and was promoted to Research Manager in 2002, where she has implemented structural changes and was a strong advocate for empowering the research team to take ownership of their work’s impact on every aspect of the service delivery process. Lauren then took responsibility for Marketing at IMPACT Group and in 2005 added international growth to her list of duties. Lauren has been in her current position since January 2007. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. She is fluent in Spanish, and prior to joining IMPACT Group, worked in economic development in Puerto Rico. |
