Ms. Kowal practices general civil litigation in both state and federal court. Ms. Kowal has experience representing clients in a range of civil litigation matters involving securities laws, breach of contract, director and officer liability, unfair competition, real estate, construction and employment law claims. Professional Activities Ms. Kowal is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Education - Ms. Kowal received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was Order of the Coif and an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Kowal served as a law clerk for the Honorable William C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. |
