Description of Practice:
Lauren is an associate in the Los Angeles office, where she provides critical associate-level support to the real estate team. Lauren's practice involves multiple aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing and land use in connection with commercial, residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects. She has also worked on development-related environmental compliance.
Lauren is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is a member of Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Educational History:
Lauren received her B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University in 2000 and was elected to the Cap & Gown Honor Society. While in college she studied internationally in Paris, France and Sydney, Australia. In 2005, she received her J.D. from Tulane University, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the ABA Negotiation Team and was Senior Managing Editor of the Sports Lawyers Journal. |
