Larry Waldoch concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and antitrust, agricultural and utility regulatory matters. He serves as primary outside legal counsel for the Minnesota Municipal Power Agency and the National Farmers Organization.He has handled several major cases in the agricultural area, including disputes involving crop damage from pesticides; failure of agricultural chemicals; fraudulent collateral representations in a multimillion-dollar loan for a cattle operation; and hedge-to-arrive grain contracts.He has also handled a range of large, complex matters involving:Contract disputes Antitrust matters Construction cases Fraud cases Banking matters Computer cases Utility rate hearings In addition, Larry has handled class-action and multidistrict litigation matters, including two cases before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.His practice has involved trials, regulatory and administrative hearings, depositions and other proceedings in more than 30 states.Larry is a member of numerous organizations, including the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust and Civil Litigation sections; the American Bar Association’s Public Utility, Communications and Transportation, and Antitrust and Litigation sections; and the Hennepin County, Minnesota, Iowa and Montana bar associations. |
