Laura A. Kessler a native of Baton Rouge Louisiana began collecting currency at the age of 12 when she found a 25 cent Fractional Currency note (which she still owns) at a flea market. She is a specialist in Errors and Small Size U.S. currency and has a true passion for the hobby that is contagious. Prior to joining PCGS Currency she was the Owner and President of Kessler Currency in East Peoria IL and previously served in the U.S. Army. Her duties at PCGS Currency include grading managing special projects such as the Currency Set Registry Population Reports and Grading Guide as well as business development and customer relations. She remains an avid collector and is a member of the PCDA ANA SPMC and other hobby organizations. Her daughter Payton is her pride and joy. |
