Laura joined Faegre & Benson in 2006 and practices in the firm's Boulder office. Laura has represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, business disputes and constitutional claims at both the state and federal level. Laura has experience assisting clients in obtaining temporary and permanent injunctions, handling all aspects of discovery, engaging in pre-trial motion practice and assisting with trial preparation.
Laura has experience working with clients in a broad range of industries. Her practice focuses on serving the counseling, litigation and alternative dispute resolution needs of businesses striving toward environmental sustainability and companies within the publishing and outdoor industries.
Laura graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in May, 2006 with an honors concentration in Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was honored as a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar in 2004, a Paul J. Liacos Scholar in 2005, and received a Dean's Award in Administrative Law.
