Laura Bruch is the newest member of the KLA family. She has an extensive background in sales, sales management, business development and corporate functions. She spent 8 years at AT&T in a variety of roles, the final one as a sales director managing a $200M line of business. Prior to that, she excelled in managing teams and as an individual contributor. After her time at AT&T, she went to a small software start-up as a business development director and learned her way around the software business.

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to KLA. As a former manager she knows what is important to hiring managers. Having been an individual contributor she knows what it takes to be successful. Laura makes sure to spend time with her candidates, getting to know them and then working hard to make a great match that fits their background, career goals and lifestyle needs.

With her clients, Laura spends time with them to understand their business, their culture and what type of candidate is ideal for them. She exhibits the utmost professionalism and understands that finding the right people is a key factor in realizing business goals.

When Laura is not working, she is spending time with her family; her husband Andy and sons Joshua and Christian. She plays an active role in both her children’s school and their local church. She enjoys playing tennis, exercising, and hanging out with friends.
