Laura has over eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Hired by Johnson Capital in 2000 to facilitate the production and marketing process related to the financing of commercial property loans, Laura gained the knowledge and skills that enabled her to evolve into the closing and servicing side of the commercial loan process. Laura's primary functions include support of the closing/servicing Vice President by assisting with the collection and distribution of all due diligence items related to closing a commercial property loan, and the inspections and financial reporting related to the servicing of a commercial property loan. Therefore, Laura now has the expertise which allows her to assist in the loan process from inception to maturation. Laura is also a certified notary public and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Xavier University in Chicago, IL. |
