Ms. Khoury's practice focuses on Corporate and International transactions, specifically company formation and maintenance, technology development and licensing, outsourcing, and mergers and acquisitions. She brings several years of business experience in helping clients identify, evaluate, and execute new business initiatives, including the following areas:
Business plan development, including developing business cases and performing competitive and target customer analyses
eCommerce strategies such as Business-to-Business (B2B) portals, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and website development
Outsourcing, Request for Quote (RFQ) development, and vendor selection and management
Program management and senior management communication
Ms. Khoury also has experience in evaluating countries for business investment, and speaks French fluently and is proficient in spoken Arabic. Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Khoury was a strategy consultant with a Fortune 500 management consulting firm and subsequently founded her own firm.
