Ms. Guthrie joined Hercules in May 2007 as the Vice President Human Resources. She is responsible for all worldwide human resources functions for Hercules Offshore and will help develop human resources procedures, processes and systems where and when needed. She will also be responsible to ensure that we are in compliance throughout this company, with all human resources related governmental requirements on a global basis.
Ms. Guthrie has over 25 years of experience in human resources including compensation, benefits, employment, and training and development. Most recently, she was Vice President, Human Resources for Input/Output, Inc., a major provider of seismic and imaging equipment to the oil and gas industry, where she was accountable for global corporate human resources. Prior to her position with Input/Output, Laura was Vice President, Human Resources for Splitrock Services, Inc. Early in her career she held various human resources management positions with human resource consulting firms, Unocal, and BHP.
A native of California, Ms. Guthrie earned a degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. |
