In addition, Ms. Raissi has represented major financial institutions in construction and permanent loans, municipal bond financings, workouts and foreclosures. Representative transactions include: Representation of California Pacific Medical Center in the purchase of the Cathedral Hill Hotel and adjacent office building from fee and leasehold owners. Representation of hotel owner in the sale of the Villa Florence Hotel in San Francisco. Representation of hotel owner in the sale of the Monticello Inn in San Francisco. Representation of seller in the sale of 360,000 square foot office building in Concord, California. Representation of The YMCA of San Francisco in the sale of the Shih Yu-Lang Central Branch of the YMCA. Representation of Kisco Senior Living in the purchase of The Patrician, a senior residence in San Diego. Representation of owner of Waterfront Plaza (formerly Francisco Bay Office Park) in lease transactions within the office park. Representation of California Pacific Medical Center in lease of 171,632 square feet of office space at 633 Folsom Street, San Francisco. Representation of The YMCA of San Francisco in two New Markets Tax Credit financing transactions for improvements to be made to the Bayview-Hunter's Point and Chinatown YMCA branches. Professional Activities - Ms. Raissi is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
