Representation of seller in the sale of 360,000 square foot office building in Concord, California. Representation of The YMCA of San Francisco in the sale of the Shih Yu-Lang Central Branch of the YMCA. Representation of Kisco Senior Living in the purchase of The Patrician, a senior residence in San Diego. Representation of owner of Waterfront Plaza (formerly Francisco Bay Office Park) in lease transactions within the office park.
