Larry Wolfe joined J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. in 1995. He previously served as Vice-President of Human Resources and Administrative Services for Transco Energy Company, a diversified energy company located in Houston, Texas. His lengthy career has included management positions in both the energy and consumer products industries, with responsibilities for human resources, purchasing, material management, safety, security, organizational development, communications, and process redesign. Mr. Wolfe has been a participant on the transaction teams of a number of acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University, has served on the boards of several for profit and not for profit organizations in Houston, and is a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army. |
