Larry is responsible for all retail development projects as Vice President of Retail Leasing, Marketing and Management for Nordblom Company. With 20 years of experience, his primary focus is the 4.2 million SF mixed-use high-density development planned for Northwest Park. Larry brings a depth of knowledge to Nordblom, having completed a diversity of projects both nationally and internationally including the initial redevelopment of the Prudential Center in Boston. Past clients and projects include an Australian REIT, Mass Development and the Commonwealth Hotel in Boston. Larry is a resident of Milton, Massachusetts and has been a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Starting his education in Germany at the University of Munich, Larry completed his undergraduate degree at George Mason University in Virginia and is continuing graduate work at Harvard University. |
