Dr. Taylor holds a PhD in Executive Management from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont University a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration from General Motors Institute. Further he completed the USC Certified Public Accountancy Study Course and sat for the CPA examination. As Chief Executive and Financial Officer for The Creighton Group Inc. a productivity improvement consulting firm Dr. Taylor has assisted numerous commercial and public organizations with profit improvement and cost saving endeavors. Overall Dr. Taylor has thirty years of financial accounting operational auditing and strategy planning experience. As a Practice Leader and Senior Consulting Manager for Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche two Big Five professional services firms he gained extensive expertise in financial project oversight and management accounting. Projects were completed in numerous industries including the entertainment industry. He has successfully completed hundreds of projects for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Further Dr. Taylor conducted numerous financial accounting and strategic planning projects for small businesses at the request of the Small Business Administration.
In addition Dr. Taylor has extensive international experience. He is a certified ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 Lead Auditor and serves on the international standards committees for both of international management standards. He has provided consulting training and auditing services to public and private officials in numerous countries including Malaysia Thailand South Africa India and Taiwan on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development the United States Environmental Training Institute and the International Agency for Public-Private Partnerships.
Finally Dr. Taylor has wealth of educational experience with institutions of higher education. He has served as an adjunct professor at California State University West Coast University and the Asian Institute of Technology. He has conducted numerous training courses for commercial and government organizations. He specializes in organizational development strategic planning operations management cost control and waste reduction.
