Larry Stewart joined Metara in January 2001. A seasoned executive with more than 25 years in the semiconductor industry, Stewart also brings extensive engineering expertise to Metara. His responsibilities have included new product development and management, from concept through successful product delivery to leading semiconductor manufacturers and foundries in the U.S., Europe, and the Pacific Rim. Prior to joining Metara, Stewart was the founder of Theta-Eight, where he designed, manufactured, and introduced to the market a novel mini-batch double-sided substrate cleaning system. Stewart previously worked at Lam Research where he served in various senior management positions including vice president of the CVD division. Stewart holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and is a certified Professional Engineer. |
