Mr. Oakley has been a featured speaker at numerous international investment conferences, created www.WallStreetCorner.com in 1998with his wife Rosanne as the new editorial venue for his Conservative Speculator newsletter. Investors in 65 countries now regularly read Conservative Speculator, his editorial columns, and the Special Situation profiles. From 1984 to 1998 Mr. Oakley served as CEO of Guidera Communication Corp., a broker relations firm. He is a member of Raven Moon's Board of Advisors and his knowledge in accounting qualifies him according to Sarbanes-Oxley as a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Oakley holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from George Washington University and Management and Accounting degrees from the College of the City of New York. |
