Larry Carter became a director of QLogic in June 1999. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cisco Systems, Inc., and is a trustee of Loyola Marymount University. He is a Senior Vice President of Cisco Systems, Inc., a computer networking products company. From January 1995 to May 2003 he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Cisco Systems, Inc. From July 1992 to January 1995, he served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a semiconductor company. Mr. Carter has also served as Chief Financial Officer for VLSI Technology, Inc., which is now owned by Philips Semiconductors, Inc., and for SGS Thompson Microelectronics, Inc. |
