Larry W. Seay, 51, has been chief financial officer since December 31, 1996. Mr. Seay received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Mr. Seay is a certified public accountant and is active in many professional organizations including the AICPA, the ASCPA, the Financial Executives’ Institute and Arizona Business Leadership. |
