J. Larry Duggins is an Executive Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group (Centerline), a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC), and head of the Commercial Real Estate Group. Mr. Duggins is also the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Trustee of American Mortgage Acceptance Company (AMEX: AMC), a commercial mortgage REIT managed by Centerline. Mr. Duggins is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Group as well as supervising Centerline’s Information Technology platform. Mr. Duggins served as the Chief Executive Officer of ARCap, before it was acquired by Centerline in August, 2006. He co-founded ARCap’s predecessor, REMICap, in April, 1996. Prior to his ARCap experience, he served as Managing Director of the Business Acquisition Group of Banc One Management and Consulting Corporation (BOMCC), from 1994 to 1996, where he was responsible for negotiating new servicing contracts and analyzing and acquiring CMBS investments. Before joining the Business Acquisition Group of BOMCC in 1992, Mr. Duggins was engaged in the resolution of defaulted mortgage loans in the real estate, energy and commercial industries for Bonnet Resources Corporation, MCorp Management Solutions, Inc. and MBank Houston, NA. He has been involved in various aspects of mortgage finance and commercial banking for over 19 years. Mr. Duggins received a Master of Science in Finance, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, the CMSA and the Mortgage Bankers Association. |
