Larry D. Grant, age 55, has served as a financial consultant to the company since May 11, 2004. Mr. Grant is an independent consultant to the company who provides concentrated interim chief financial officer services, generally to technology companies, for extended periods of time. Unrelated to the company, since 2005, Mr. Grant has also been a Partner in Tatum, LLC, an executive services and consulting firm.
