Ms. Bakerink has been in the securities industry for 25 years. She has worked with a number of firms which specialized in independent brokers. She has been involved in the operations, trading, and compliance aspects of the industry. Ms. Bakerink currently serves as Chairwoman Emeritus of the National Association of Independent Broker/Dealers. Ms. Bakerink currently serves on the Board of San Diego Mensa. She also serves on the advisory councils of National Finanaical Services and CCH Wall Street Compliance. Ms. Bakerink served 7 years on the Board of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc and on the Board of the Nasdaq Stock Market for 2 years. Ms. Bakerink has served as a member of the NASD Board of Arbitrators since 1993. Ms. Bakerink has a BS in Finance and an MBA from San Diego State University. Ms. Bakerink is a member of Mensa and Intertel. |
