Lane Rubrecht, Senior Vice-President, Worldwide Sales for the TWL Knowledge Group, has accumulated more than 14 years experience leading the way in large-scale solutions selling at notable corporations such as Fujitsu, PRIMElearning and Intellexis. Lane started his career with Fujitsu-ICL where he was the Salesperson of the Year (US) three out of four years. When he left Fujitsu-ICL in 2000, he was serving as the North American Sales Manager for KnowledgePool, a training, consulting and technology group in Fujitsu which grossed $367M a year.
Prior to joining TWL Knowledge Group, Lane served as the Director of Sales for two startup companies which were sold to a large publishing company.
Lane began with TWL Knowledge Group in 2003 as an Enterprise Salesperson for the Industrial Services Group. After three months, he was promoted to Director of Sales for the Industrial Services Group and became responsible for overall sales of this vertical business unit. In August of 2006, he was promoted to Vice-President of Sales, adding Healthcare and Government to his direct report.
Lane was advanced to his current position of Senior Vice-President, Worldwide Sales in Feb 2007. In his current role, Lane has total responsibility of sales in the markets of Healthcare, Government, and Industrial. The Professional Services Group for all markets is also under his purview.
During his tenure with the TWL Group, Lane has presented to thousands of training professionals at hundreds of companies and technical colleges throughout the United States, speaking on the topics of workforce development and delivery technologies. With the TWL Group, Lane has served an instrumental role in helping numerous Fortune 500 companies cost-effectively fill knowledge gaps through the implementation of blended training programs and saving millions of dollars in training and operating costs.
Lane, his wife Diana and their two children enjoy life in the Dallas area. He is active in supporting Heritage Hall Academy and is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University. |
