Lane G. Collins has served as a director of XTO Energy Inc. since 2005 and was an advisory director from 1998 until 2005. Dr. Collins serves on the Audit, Compensation, Corporate Governance and Nominating committees. He is a professor of accounting at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he has taught since 1978.
