Fred Fredeen retired from the Air Force after serving twenty seven years and logging over eleven thousand hours flying time. He was decorated for flying missions during the Korean conflict, the "Cold War" and for sorties into and over North Vietnam. Mr. Fredeen is the former manager of the Star Hill Golf and Country Club in Cape Carteret and is currently active in real estate investing, developing and financing. He is a founding Board Member of Sound Bank.
He and his wife, Peg have lived in Cartertet County since 1979. They have a son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. |
