Kyle Bradford joined American Capital in March 2002 as an Associate in the Dallas office and was promoted to Vice President in June 2004. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Bradford worked at Salomon Smith Barney in the Technology Investment Banking Division in New York. At Salomon, Mr. Bradford specialized in equity and debt underwriting and merger and acquisition advisory assignments for companies in various technology sectors. Before Salomon, he worked at Banc of America Securities in New York in the Syndicated Finance Group. Mr. Bradford currently serves on the board of directors of American Capital portfolio companies Future Food, Hospitality Mints and The Meadows of Wickenburg.
Mr. Bradford received a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. |
