Mr. Hauberg is an Assistant Practice Group Leader of the Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of selling, purchasing, leasing, financing and developing of real estate projects, including healthcare facilities, automotive facilities, multi-family projects, shopping centers, office buildings, golf courses, industrial buildings, hotels and multi-asset portfolios. He represents a wide range of clients including real estate developers, national retailers, financial institutions, and REITs. He also regularly advises clients in restructuring loan agreements, real estate workouts, negotiating pre-bankruptcy settlements, and coordinating regulatory compliance.

Represents the REIT in all aspects of operations including asset lending, sale/leaseback transactions, loan restructuring, healthcare regulatory compliance, and facility crisis resolution.
