Mr. Wagner joined Manatron as a part of its acquisition of ASIX, Inc. in February 2006. As founder of ASIX in 1991, Mr. Wagner served as the company's President and CEO. Mr. Wagner graduated summa cum laude from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. He earned his Masters in Computer Science from Dartmouth, and his MBA in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. |
