Kurt Petersen is responsible for all general construction services provided by Koll Development Company. His primary focus is on a 300,000 square foot corporate office for Chevron in Louisiana. Prior to joining KDC, Kurt was Vice President at DalMac Construction Company where he managed both shell and interior projects in most major industries including institutional, office, warehouse, retail, hospitality, and entertainment. This experience also includes on-site management and preconstruction services.
