Kristine Aubin is a partner on the firm’s Labor and Employment Team in the HR Law Practice Group. Kristine, who joined Drinker Biddle from Connelly Sheehan Harris LLP, has extensive experience representing employers in virtually all types of employment-related disputes across the country. She has successfully litigated cases in both federal and state courts and in front of a number of state administrative agencies involving a broad range of both class action and individual employment matters, including employment discrimination and harassment, restrictive covenants, wrongful discharge, wage and hour disputes, and other state and federal statutory and common law employment law issues.
In 2008, Kristine was named a "Rising Star" in the field of Labor and Employment by Illinois Super Lawyers.
In General. Kristine earned both her J.D. and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. She was a member of the international law journal and the moot court board. |
