Ms. Kristine Larmer Zechman joined KGS as Corporate Counsel and Director of Contracts and Compliance in June of 2007. She provides advice and counsel on government contracts and compliance. She leads KGS's Contracts and Compliance service offerings and oversees the in-house Contracts and Compliance Organization.
Prior to joining KGS, Ms. Zechman was a Senior Manager at Bearing Point, where she was responsible for Contracts and Compliance. She responded to Sarbanes-Oxley, Defense Contract Audit Agency, and General Services Administration requests. She created and implemented contract and compliance policies, procedures, templates, and tools for government contractors. She has managed the full contract lifecycle from acquisition support to contract closeouts. In addition, she has defined requirements and participated in implementation of financial, document management, and vendor management systems.
Ms. Zechman brings over 15 years of experience providing contracts and compliance guidance to large and small businesses throughout the Washington metropolitan area. She attained her Bachelors of Science degree from Syracuse University and her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America. |
