Ms. Nelson re-joined Pomeroy in February, 2008, as Senior Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Nelson is responsible for management of the Company’s legal affairs and advising management on legal matters. Ms. Nelson’s previous employment with the Company spanned from 1998 to 2006, during which time she served as the Company’s Vice President and Legal Counsel. Before re-joining the Company, Ms. Nelson held the position of Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Corporex Companies, LLC, a closely-held real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Covington, Kentucky. Ms. Nelson holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
