Kristi P. Nelson is in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Corporex, Ms. Nelson was Vice President and Legal Counsel for Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. She has nine years of experience as an in-house attorney providing legal advice, support, and counsel to management on a multitude of corporate legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, labor and employment practices, SEC compliance, risk management, and general business matters. She focused on furthering business strategies and objectives, evaluating legal disputes, engaging outside counsel and managing matters in multiple jurisdictions, performing due diligence and participating in negotiations related to financing agreements, and merger and acquisition transactions. Ms. Nelson graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A., earned her J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio. |
