Kristen Mobilia is Principal and leader of Cubellis’ Human Resources organization in firm Boston headquarters. With more than 14 years of professional experience, Kristen draws upon broad knowledge of architectural firm operations, human resources and finance, along with in-depth knowledge of global customs and languages. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 from Colby College, Kristen studied international management at the Reims School of Management in Reims, France, and subsequently completed her MBA (Cooperative Education Program) at Northeastern University, where she concentrated on marketing and international business. Kristen joined Cubellis from bh+a, Inc., where she was Managing Director with wide-ranging responsibilities that included client services, operations, human resources/benefits management, and finance/accounting. |
