Kristen Barker serves as our vice president of leasing and her responsibilities include a focus on leasing for our new development and redevelopment projects as well as tenant representation services.
Ms. Barker worked in retail leasing with Trammel Crow prior to joining AmREIT on both project leasing and tenant representation and has over 10 years of combined experience in real estate appraisal and retail leasing.
Ms. Barker received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond and graduated with her Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Ms. Barker is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Association of Realtors.
