Ms. Gullott is a Director in Brown Rudnick's Government Law & Strategies Group in the Washington, DC office. She advocates client interests before the United States Congress, the White House, Executive Branch agencies and State governments. Ms. Gullott maintains a special focus on intergovernmental affairs while developing and executing legislative strategies that help clients navigate the interaction between state and federal government.
Prior to entering the private sector as a federal lobbyist, Ms. Gullott spent several years at the Office of Fossil Energy, U.S. Department of Energy, serving first as a Special Assistant for Intergovernmental Affairs, and later as a Policy Advisor. During her tenure, she acted as the liaison to Governors' offices, NGOs and trade associations and oversaw all Secretarial appointees and membership activities for the National Petroleum and National Coal Councils. She also organized and managed several groundbreaking events, including the Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum and the first-ever LNG Summit.
