Kris was born in Rochester, NY. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Michigan State University in 1990. She has experience in intensive care, trauma, cardiac and long-term care. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University in 2003. She is certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. Her emphasis is in health promotion for the adolescent, contraception, and cardiac health.
Kris and her husband, John, moved to Alexandria in 2003 with their three boys. They love spending time on the lakes, chasing their boys through school activities and music lessons. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at St. Mary's Elementary School. |
